Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship, haute cuisine, and fine wine share a common foundation: precision, expertise, patience, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Bringing together Breitling’s world of timeless watchmaking, the culinary artistry of Chef Mateu Villaret (Restaurant Masia, Michelin Guide Tokyo selected for three consecutive years), and curated Rioja wine pairings by CVNE, this exclusive evening by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan offers a unique opportunity to discover how craftsmanship and passion connect cultures, people, and experiences through an elegant and informal networking event at Breitling Omotesando.

The Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (SCCIJ) and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (SpCCJ) are pleased to invite members and friends to a unique networking experience at Breitling Omotesando, bringing together craftsmanship, gastronomy, design, and cross-cultural exchange in an elegant and relaxed setting.
During the evening, guests will discover Breitling’s world of precision, innovation, and timeless craftsmanship while enjoying a curated culinary experience by Chef Mateu Villaret of Masia Restaurant, selected for three consecutive years in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2026. The gastronomic journey will be complemented by selected wines from Rioja proposed in collaboration with CVNE, one of Spain’s most prestigious wineries, through dedicated wine pairings designed for the occasion.
More than a traditional networking event, “Time, Taste & Craftsmanship” is designed as an immersive experience connecting Swiss and Spanish excellence through shared values: precision, creativity, attention to detail, and long-term craftsmanship. Interactive moments, fine cuisine, and informal exchanges will create a memorable evening among members and guests of both chambers.
