² Initial registration fees (CO, AS: JPY 20,000; EN: JPY 5,000) will be charged for the first year.
³ As part of their membership, members receive digital event vouchers which can be used to register company employees, clients, or friends and family, free of charge, to SCCIJ events such as luncheons and networking events. SCCIJ Vouchers are valid from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of each year and cannot be carried over to the next year.

+ Individuals residing in Japan who retired from an SCCIJ Member Company;

+ Individuals who have made a significant contribution to the Swiss-Japanese business community; and
+ Who have been proposed by an Executive Committee Member and approved unanimously. Personal applications will be rejected.

Application Form
To apply for SCCIJ Membership, please download the application form below, fill it in, and kindly forward it via email to info@sccij.jp. The SCCIJ Secretariat will then guide you through the rest of the process, which includes the screening and approval of your application by the SCCIJ Executive Committee at their next monthly meeting.
Resignation
According to Article 8.3 of the SCCIJ Constitution, resignation from SCCIJ membership is only possible “for the end of the calendar year and must be given in writing to the Secretariat at least three months in advance“. For instance, to cancel your 2022 Membership, the SCCIJ must receive your notice by September 30, 2021. For additional details, please contact the SCCIJ Secretariat at info@sccij.jp.
