Whether you are an experienced skier, a snowboard enthusiast, or simply looking to spend a memorable weekend in the mountains, the 11th Inter-Chamber Ski & Snowboard Weekend offers the perfect combination of outdoor fun, international networking, and great company. Together with the Austrian Business Council (ABC) and several international chambers, we invite you to experience a fantastic day on the slopes of Okushiga Kogen, followed by a relaxed networking dinner and awards ceremony.
The 11th Inter-Chamber Ski & Snowboard Weekend returns to the beautiful slopes of Okushiga Kogen, Nagano, bringing together members of the international business community for a day of sport, networking, and winter fun. Participants are free to enjoy skiing or snowboarding throughout the day before joining the friendly race, followed by an evening networking reception, dinner, and awards ceremony at the Okushiga Kogen Hotel.
Whether you participate in the race or simply come to enjoy the atmosphere, this event is a unique opportunity to connect with professionals from a wide range of international chambers while experiencing one of Japan’s most scenic ski resorts.
Participants are free to arrange their own accommodation. We recommend either the SCCIJ member Hotel Grand Phenix Okushiga or the Okushiga Kogen Hotel, which will host the networking dinner and awards ceremony. As accommodation is in high demand during the ski season, early booking is highly recommended.
Special early bird rates are available for a limited number of rooms for bookings made by 31 December 2026, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Example Room Rates (Room Only): Single Room: JPY 25,000 per night; Double Room: JPY 33,500 per night; Triple Room: JPY 38,100 per night. Breakfast (optional): Adults: JPY 2,950; Children (up to 12 years old): JPY 1,800.
If you wish to dine at Okushiga Kogen Hotel on Saturday, 30 January, dinner reservations are required.

As the number of discounted rooms is limited, we encourage participants to book as early as possible.
Lift tickets are not included and should be purchased individually. Participants may choose either: Okushiga Kogen area pass or Shiga Kogen all-area pass. Both options are available directly at the hotel.
