Connect with Europe’s international business community in the heart of Tokyo. One of the highlights of the international business calendar returns this autumn. Organised jointly by 14 European Chambers of Commerce, the European Joint Chamber Networking Party brings together professionals and executives from the European and Japanese business communities for an evening of meaningful connections, new encounters, and informal networking at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo.
An Evening of European-Japanese Networking
The European Joint Chamber Networking Party returns on Monday, October 19, 2026, bringing together members and guests from across Tokyo’s European business community.
Hosted at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, the evening offers a unique opportunity to expand your professional network beyond your usual circles, meet executives and professionals from a wide range of industries and countries, and reconnect with familiar faces in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner and free-flow drinks, while the evening will also feature a joint Kanpai with representatives of the participating Chambers and a lucky draw.
With multiple European Chambers joining forces for this special occasion, the event is expected to attract a diverse audience from both the European and Japanese business communities.
Places allocated to each Chamber are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is strongly recommended. And, of course, don’t forget your business cards!
