Mr. Serge Shine is a global talent solutions executive who serves as Group Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sales at LHH, where he also leads the company’s global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. In this role, he partners with organizations worldwide to design integrated talent strategies that connect recruitment, development, and career transition, helping companies build more adaptive and resilient workforces.
Known for combining neuroscience‑powered leadership with AI‑enabled, human‑centric innovation, Serge focuses on trust, motivation, and behavioral insights alongside technology and data.
