The SCCIJ is delighted to announce the 2025 Kansai Event! Join us for a special visit to Expo 2025 Osaka just three days before the closing, with exclusive access to selected pavilions, a stop at the Swiss Pavilion, and a Raclette Networking Reception at the Heidi Café. The event will be attended by the SCCIJ Board, with the presence of our Honorary President, H.E. Ambassador Roger Dubach, Dr. Felix Moesner, Swiss Consul and CEO of Swissnex in Japan, as well as many distinguished guests.
Special Visit to Expo 2025 Osaka!
This October, the SCCIJ annual Kansai outing will take place in Osaka with an exclusive visit to Expo 2025 Osaka, just days before the closing of the World Expo.
A distinguished delegation including H.E. Ambassador Roger Dubach (Honorary President of SCCIJ), Dr. Felix Moesner, Swiss Consul and CEO of Swissnex in Japan, as well as many distinguished guests will join this unique experience.
Program:
- 14:30: Meet at Expo 2025
- Guided visits to selected pavilions (to be assigned): Osaka Healthcare Pavilion, “Future of Life” Signature Pavilion, Pasona Pavilion
- Visit to the Swiss Pavilion
- Raclette Networking Reception at Heidi Café (with stunning views of the Expo site)
- 19:00: End
Participation includes a VIP ticket for Expo 2025, allowing you to enter the Expo grounds anytime through the VIP gate without time-slot reservations. Simply print out your VIP ticket and present it at the entrance.
Please note:
- If you only plan to join the SCCIJ program (pavilions listed + Swiss Pavilion + networking), no further steps are required.
- If you wish to explore additional pavilions that require reservations, you will need to create an Expo ID. We will provide a manual explaining this process.
Spots are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority for SCCIJ members.
