Biography of the Speaker
Mr. Michael Weber is a Swiss-qualified lawyer, IT engineer, and researcher working at the intersection of law, technology, and criminal justice.
He is a Foreign Law Associate at Nozomi Sogo Law Office in Tokyo, In-House Counsel at Recursive AI, and a Research Assistant at the University of Zurich. In 2026, he also began a research master’s program at the University of Tokyo, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on the law of evidence and standards of proof.
